Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art, which focuses on hand and foot techniques that neutralize attacks and provide a means of protecting both yourself and your loved ones. The practice and employment of these techniques is governed by the Five Tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance
