At LA Star Awards, we are most known for the Hollywood Star. It makes a wonderful retirement, separation, or going away gift for anyone in the office, and even family members too! We are happy to provide Los Angeles Air Force Base with engraving services available to all base ID card holders. Please take a moment to view our ordering process and turn-around policy.

- Download and fill out the order form
- E-mail the completed order form and any other file(s) that need to be attached to LA.Star.Awards@us.af.mil
- Upon submission of your completed order form, our team will contact you via phone or email to confirm we have received it
- Our team will review your form, create a proof and send a PDF via email for your approval
- Upon approval, you can expect your job to be ready in the turn-around time agreed to during confirmation
- VISA & MasterCard accepted
- Payment can be made before orders are completed or during order pick up
- Payments can be made via phone or email with the Credit Card Payment Form
- For custom orders: If extra design time is needed, the remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up

Standard Turnaround Time for Hollywood Stars is 5 business days and Engraved Plates are 3 business days. Please reply at your earliest convenience upon receiving your proof, as we are unable to complete orders that have not received proof approval.
All work is limited to two (2) proofs. Additional proofs will be charged at $15 each. A minimum of 30 minute labor fee ($15) is charged for any alterations of artwork including resizing, re-typing, etc.
Turnaround times for rush jobs depend on your order (i.e. Hollywood Stars are less than 5 business days, Engraved Plates are same business day or next business day turnaround, etc.). The cost of a rush job is $15 for Hollywood Stars and most orders, and $10 for Engraved Plates.
